Seminar with video workshop

From 4 to 6 December 2026, our German-Czech video workshop “Society in Motion” will take place at the Youth Education Centre in Waldmünchen. The event is aimed at young people aged 16 to 26 and is organised by the two European Solidarity Corps volunteers in cooperation with the Tandem team and the Youth Education Centre in Waldmünchen.

Society in Motion: An Issue That Concerns Us All

We live in a time of rapid change. International crises, digitalisation and growing social tensions – the rules that have shaped our society are being redefined, and we are right in the middle of it.

That is why it is so important not just to watch these developments unfold, but to engage with them actively. When we feel that the world is changing too fast or that we are being left out, it is easy to lose touch or give up.

The goal is to see change as an opportunity and take an active role in shaping the future. How do we want to live together in the future? How can we treat each other fairly? What do we want to preserve, and what should we leave behind? What holds society together?

Shaping society is not just the job of experts. Active participation is essential if we want our society to be fair, innovative and vibrant.

We are looking forward to your ideas!

Get creative together in this workshop!

• Discuss the current challenges and untapped potential of a society in transition.
• Come up with ideas for a better tomorrow – from sustainable ways of living together and fairness to new ways of strengthening social cohesion, and much more.
• Turn your vision into a short film! You will learn the basics of filmmaking, from planning and scriptwriting to the final edit.
